THIS SIX MONTH SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT WILL BE CHARGED UP FRONT AT A DISCOUNTED RATE AND IS NOT REFUNDABLE. Your payment information will be saved but not accessible in our secure server. Your macarons will be shipped on the second Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday of each month until your subscription has been fulfilled. If you would like your shipments delivered to a different address, please let us know by the 1st day of each month.

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY OCTOBER SHIPMENT?

One-time orders will be shipped on the next available shipment date, (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday following receipt of your order) and are not limited to the first week of the month.  

 

Macaron of the Month Club orders will ship on the next available shipping day (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday following receipt of your order). Once your order is processed for shipment, it will take 1-2 days to arrive. Subsequent club orders are then shipped on the second Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday of the following month. If you would prefer to make any adjustments to shipping date, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team, or leave Special Instructions at checkout!

 

WHEN DO YOU SHIP?

To ensure peak freshness we ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. We do not ship on Thursday, Friday or the weekends in order to prevent any delays in the delivery schedule. Orders received on or after Wednesday will ship the following Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.

  • SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING

    • Hamley Bake Shoppe ships macarons throughout the United States using UPS as our third party shipping carrier.
    • Hamley Bake Shoppe ships orders nationwide ONLY MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. This avoids possible weekend overlays. We do not ship nationwide on Thursdays, Fridays, weekends, or holidays.
    • Orders placed after 3:00PM EST on the Requested Shipment Day will be shipped the following shipping day (Monday – Wednesday).
    • We do not ship for Saturday deliveries.
    • Once a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel your order. 

     

    NATIONWIDE SHIPPING GUARANTEE

    • Suspension of UPS Service Guarantee: Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice as the effects of the Coronavirus impacting UPS' infrastructure, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. 
    • Hamley Bake Shoppe is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and/or shipping carrier delays.
    • Hamley Bake Shoppe is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
    • Shipments that are returned or require rerouting due to incorrect addressed will be subject to additional charges for reshipment and/or relabeling for UPS.
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event the business is closed or if the recipient is not available to receive the package when delivered.
    • UPS may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver.
    • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect shipping and arrival dates.
    • We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
    • Ground shipping is not eligible for zip codes with transit days of 3 or more days shown on the map.
    • To guarantee the freshness of our macarons upon arrival, certain zip codes require 2nd Day Air® or Next Day Air® shipping where ground shipping is not available. 
    • Hamley Bake Shoppe reserves the right to switch courier and delivery method at the company's discretion.
